Leasing |

| An
operating lease grants a lessee the right to use an asset over a
defined period. Title remains with the lessor, and rental payments
are lower than a hire purchase agreement. At the end of the primary
lease period, the lessee may continue to lease the asset or may
terminate the agreement. If terminated, the asset is returned to
the lessor for sale or re-leasing. |

Long / Short Term Hire |

Hire Limited operates a hire fleet of portable and relocatable systems
which can be hired for periods as short as one week to as long as
necessary. On extended hire periods, we will commission new buildings
to the client's exact requirements with planned maintenance built
in if preferred. |
